Izotup 600 Spray Foam Kit. Complete and transportable two-component, rapid-hardening polyurethane foam kit filling gaps, cracks and expansion joints, which reduces the potential of moisture, mould, allergen and corrosion and ideal for insulation of inner and outer gaps.

Heat, water, sound and moisture insulation can be applied without changing the ambient temperature without creating a heat bridge regardless of the surface of the single piece.

Provides continuous coating by blowing up to 30-40 times its own volume within a few seconds after being sprayed, ensuring complete elimination of heat bridges. 0.020 W / mK The best heat insulation material in the world with a value of heat transfer. Thermal conduction resistance (R) is 6,27.

It can take the place of 3-4 insulation materials (thermal insulation products, air barriers, vapour retarders, sealing products) with one material and one application (depending on the formula and project).

Spray to any finished thickness. in layers no more than 50mm at a time. Please Note: finished coverage is estimate only. Chemical, surface and ambient temperatures can alter yield and coverage.  

*Please Note: For best results, warm to and maintain tank chemicals to as close to 24c. Incorrect chemical temperature will affect coverage and foam quality.
