How to Claim Your Price Match 

If you find one of our products priced lower on a competitor’s website, claiming your price match is simple! Contact Us via telephone or Email

To process your price match, we need the following details: 

  • Competitor's name 

  • Competitor's product price 

  • Link to the competitor’s webpage or a screenshot 

Once we verify that the competitor's price is lower, we’ll match it for you! 

Terms and Conditions 

  • Price match applies only to selected brands on www.abbuildingproducts.co.uk: AB Composite Decking and Decking Tiles, Twinson Decking, and selected ranges from Multipanel, Showerwall, Mermaid, Basix, and Fibo. Look for the Price Match Promise tick. 

  • Price match is valid for a single product purchase. Bundled or multi-product transactions are excluded. 

  • Price match applies to online purchases only; in-store purchases do not qualify. 

  • The comparison product’s price must be publicly available at the time we validate the claim. 

  • The competitor’s product must be identical, including brand, model, and size. 

  • Competitor must be based in the UK. 

  • Product must be in stock and available for immediate delivery or collection. 

  • Exclusions: Resellers or auction sites (e.g., eBay), Amazon.co.uk, factory outlets, home shopping networks, and liquidation sales. 

  • Price match applies only to brand-new products; used or reconditioned items are excluded. 

  • Errors in pricing on www.abbuildingproducts.co.uk or the competitor's website, as well as typographical errors, affiliate offers, voucher codes, gift vouchers, and other media discounts, are excluded. 

  • Rebates, benefits from competitor price match promises, competitions, free gifts, and giveaways are excluded. 

  • The final decision on any claim lies with AB Building Products Ltd. 

  • We reserve the right to withdraw our Price Match Promise at any time. 

  • Delivery charges are excluded from the price match promise. 

These terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights.
